JOCELYN A. HILL - CPA
Consulting Partner

Jocelyn is the consulting partner in the Washington Office's Federal Practice Group. She currently manages the firm's consulting engagements and provides services in the areas of accounting support, process improvement, compliance, and internal control. Jocelyn's technical writing skills earned her the designation as quality assurance partner for reports and proposals. She also manages many of the firm's administrative functions including Human Resources.

Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Howard University, where she earned membership into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland and participates as member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Government Accountants, and the National Association of Black Accountants.

Prior to joining Williams, Adley & Company in 1993, Jocelyn served as senior accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick and supervisor with Irving Burton & Associates. Jocelyn serves on the Board of Directors of the Fort Washington, Maryland Hospital.
